What to do.
This really is a total gem! The quinta is nestled within a beautiful vineyard overlooking the valley. The setting is quite breath-taking and it is the perfect place to unwind. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need if you are looking to self-cater. Two brilliant en-suite bedrooms, which is perfect for two couples or two mates. We took ourselves on some glorious walks in the immediate surroundings and also jumped in the car to venture further afield. There is so much to explore you will not be stuck for things to do - however the quinta is so perfect you could spend a day or two just by the pool. We booked a massage at the house and breakfast for the first morning. Both were so well organised and no problem. Our host was amazing. Some tips: don’t follow the GPS to the quinta if you are coming from Porto. Come down the road as if you are coming from Armamar. There is the sweetest dog called Pingu who loves to say hi.
